Data Retention Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how long QVANTUS Agent, operated by QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC, retains user data from its services, qvantus.ai, and integrations such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopify.

2. Retention periods

User accounts

• Retained while the account is active.
• Deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

Advertising and lead data

• Campaign performance, targeting, and insights: up to 24 months for reporting and analytics.
• Lead data: up to 24 months unless earlier deletion is requested.
• Exported leads remain the responsibility of the business user as Controller.

Billing, support, and cookies

• Billing records: up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it.
• Support and communication logs: up to 24 months.
• Session cookies expire with the session; analytics and marketing cookies are retained for up to 13 months.

3. Deletion and exceptions

You may request deletion at privacy@qvantus.ai. Data is securely removed from active systems and backups within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where required by law, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

4. Processing roles

QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC acts as Data Controller for accounts, subscriptions, and internal analytics, and as Data Processor for data handled on behalf of customers.
