1. Response program
QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC maintains a plan to detect, contain, investigate, and remediate security incidents affecting QVANTUS Agent.
2. Process
- Initial triage, classification, and logging within 24 hours of discovery.
- Containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review.
- Notification of affected users and authorities within timelines required by applicable law, including GDPR.
